This white bread flour is wonderfully tasty. None of the finer flours are extracted when the flour is milled which equates to a better baking quality. This flour is ideal for scratch baking – this is when you bake with only water, salt, yeast and flour.

It is the equivalent to All purpose flour as it still contains all the finer cake flour.
