Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products all refunds and credits will be processed in the form of a credit that can be redeemed online or in store.

All returns can be requested by email by submitting your request to within 7 days of receiving your order. 

If you have received a damage item we are so sorry to hear about it. We are here to help you to the best of our ability. We request that the damaged item be left unopened/unused and in its original retail packaging as proof of damage upon arrival. Please email us pictures of the damage, your order number and your most current shipping address.

Shipping charges are not refundable or credited.
