Boeber is a traditional South African Cape Malay dessert soup or pudding. It's particularly popular within the Cape Malay community in Cape Town and other parts of South Africa. 

It is typically made using ingredients like vermicelli, sago pearls, milk, and spices such as cinnamon and cardamom. It's often sweetened with sugar or condensed milk and flavoured with rose water or other aromatic essences. The dish has a creamy and comforting consistency, somewhat similar to rice pudding.
