Cooking Instructions

1. Make shallow diagonal cuts on 500g chicken. Marinate it with 4 tbsp oil and one pack Nimkish Butter Chicken Masala. Allow to rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a large pan and add marinated chicken pieces, and sauté on medium heat until tender. Put 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes and sauté until oil separates.
3. Add 3/4th cup (225ml) milk, 100g cream, and keep on stirring on high heat till it boils. Close the lid and simmer for 5 minutes or till the curry is thick. Garnish with fresh coriander.
